Persoons, Antoine; Win, Joe; G. O. Saunders, Diane; Kamoun, Sophien (2017): Consensus mapping of transcripts from RNA-Seq short read data of wheat samples collected during 2016 wheat blast epidemic in Bangladesh. figshare. https://doi.org/10.6084/m9.figshare.5172073.v2
We aligned the raw reads from Bangladesh Field RNA-Seq April-2016 to the predicted transcriptome of Brazilian wheat blast fungus isolate BR32 reported by Chiapello et al. GBE (2016) and obtained from the GEMO database. Then, we extracted the predicted consensus sequences for the Bangladeshi strain(s). Here, we provide fasta files for these predicted consensus sequences based on the Br32 gene models.
